As Director – Grants Acquisition (Sri- Lanka), you will be responsible for providing leadership in Grants Acquisition & will help diversify and strengthen WV Sri Lanka’s funding sources to achieve its strategic targets, strengthen its impact and achieve its vision.
Master’s in Business Economics, Development, Non-profit Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in portfolio management/business development and related experience preferably in a INGO/Bilateral Donor Agency
Proven ability in the preparation of high quality project and programme design documents, Consultancy Terms of Reference, bid submissions/tender responses and project reporting
Proven experience in a leadership/management position in a complex, international organisation preferably in INGO context preferred
Demonstrated prior success in grant submissions inclusive of engagement with corporate partners
Experience working with Govt/Institutions partners, gained through a consulting company, international or community development agencies in the development sector
Excellent communication & presentation skills in English both verbal & written is essential for the position
