Mercy Corps is a leading global organization powered by the belief that a better world is possible. In disaster, in hardship, in more than 40 countries around the world, we partner to put bold solutions into action, helping people triumph over adversity and build stronger communities from within. Now, and for the future.

Mercy Corps Europe (MCE) has grown rapidly both in terms of the volume of activity and its complexity. With offices in Edinburgh, London and Geneva, we now attract over £90m in income, and employ around 100 domestic and expatriate field team members. The breadth and impact of our programmes makes Mercy Corps a unique and truly rewarding place to work. Our teams are proud of what we achieve in the field and we are always looking for talented individuals who share our passion and commitment.

We are looking for a bright, energetic administrator to join our Global Partnerships and Alliances Team (GPAT), someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, along with dedication and enthusiasm for our work. The team serves to diversify, expand and better position Mercy Corps in a rapidly changing and increasingly diverse development environment. The GPAT team focuses on identifying and developing strategic relationships with individuals, organizations and governments who can assist Mercy Corps in becoming an increasingly ‘global’ agency in terms of its capacity, human and financial resources, governance and culture.

The role will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for both the GPAT and the Executive Office, in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
